Nothing but excuses why my car insurance keeps goin up. I have a 2000 Silverado with get on the road coverage and paying 80 a month. No accidents no tickets! Was told to install drivewise in my phone. No help but help yourself!

Staff was very responsive. They took care of all the details. Quick and courteous. Always very efficient with replies. Always took care of my needs and very quick with replies back. Have had manufactured home ins with them since 2008. They now take care of all my auto and my home. Saved hundreds. Do not take my word, just compare your current ins. I had a fender bender this year. They took care of it. All I had to do was pick an auto body shop.

I had their insurance for a couple years. Had autopay setup and suspended it to wait for my check to get to my bank account. Because I paid with a different form of payment from my autopay they canceled my autopay and said I owed them $220 over my normal payment. Then want to send threatening letters about collections over something I should have never been charged in the first place.

Folks this is the best insurance company in Alabama as far as I am concerned.
My wife and I got full coverage a 100 dollars cheeper than with progressive. And they are good friendly folk. Who can answer you if you don't understand all of it. And they truly do work with those of us who are disabled for good rates. Just call Mr Higdon,s office and see for your self. Never hurts to call and see. Thankyou John Matthews
