Recently my mom inherited a house that we needed to sell. It was in original 1940s condition and completely full. We hired Michael Heede as our realtor. To get the house ready for sale, he coordinated for us services (cleaners, plumbers, landscapers, junk removers) to handle every aspect of the house preparation. Not only was it a tremendous help but he got it done so quickly for us. All the work was excellent and added value & curb appeal to the home. The house was listed on a Thursday with an Open House on Saturday and an offer accepted by Monday. Michael and his team made this process so easy--from managing paperwork to understanding the process as it was my mom's first house she ever had to sell. He and his team, Dawn, Dana & Sandy, were always available and walked us through the entire process. Michael was a fantastic relator to work with and was very professional. My wife and I were looking at a new build originally and then Michael stepped in through a family friend. If we were going to buy pre-owned we have a very specific checklist. Not only did Michael meet the checklist, he blew it out of the park and we never looked back!! My wife and I couldn't be more thrilled with the house we ended up in. He was also very responsive and made sure to communicate from offer to close, he definitely has the buyers best interest in mind. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends.

Michael Heede helped my wife's family with a tricky little title glitch on a property in the Pocket/Greenhaven area of Sacramento that they owned for years. Neither Michael nor us had anything to do with the transaction, the title company juxtaposed two very similar parcel numbers on a duplex a few miles away. So, he didn't have to help us with that, but he really helped us unspool that mystery. He also sold undeveloped acreage for me in the Amador foothills lickety-split and for more money than I expected! He's done a couple of appraisals for me that were spot-on! I think he also knows quite a bit about East Sac and Midtown, and probably Curtis Park and Land Park, since he's lived here his whole life.
