We worked with Mike multiple times since 2014. During that time he has helped us sell 2, and move into 3 different homes as our family grew and needs changed. He was always available and easy to communicate with. He helped us work through the difficulties of a short sale on the purchase of our first home, and navigate multiple offers when selling our last home and the purchase of our existing home. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Mike again... but hopefully we are in this home for a long time to come!

Lied to both sellers and buyers about septic and well inspections. Stated these could be handled outside of closing. Knowing full well that Isabella County has a TOT Time of Transfer ordinance. When I applied for a new well and septic permit is when I found out. When I asked Michael about it, his response was " In real estate, its a buyer beware situation." Claims to be a Christian man but will lie straight to your face. $16k later for a new system and $1000 a day in potential fines.
