Michael was everything a first-time homebuyer could hope for. He was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable — especially when it came to the PHFA program, which can be overwhelming to navigate on your own. He was never pushy, and he took the time to walk me through every detail, making sure I fully understood my options.

Michael was amazing!! We had an incredible experience. Michael kept us in the loop every step of the way. Michael was very informative, and would always quickly reply to our text and call! Choosing Michael as our loan officer was the BEST decision. His knowledge is incredible. He took the time to explain everything from each line of cost worksheets, differences between loans, points and so much more. He kept in constant contact throughout the house buying prices.

Never did I think I would use "lender" and "advocate" in the same sentence! Michael was responsive, patient, VERY informative, and really looked out for us through the whole process. We are first time home buyers, and he explained everything in "layman's terms", and even made sure we weren't getting a bad deal from an insurance company. 10/10 will recommend!
