My experience with Mia Gentle was a very good one. I live in the Atlanta, Georgia area, and the properties that were sold, along with Mia, were in Wetumpka, Alabama. She quickly responded to my text messages, emails and/or phone calls. I had three -- land only -- properties that were somewhat difficult to sell. Mia was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to market them successfully. She always kept me informed as to all offers and potential buyers' requests. She did not hesitate to suggest what I should decline and would also advise how I should counter. The three properties were side by side, and each was bought by a different buyer for a satisfactory price. There were some issues with the land, but with Mia's wisdom, guidance, and expertise, they were all overcome to everyone's satisfaction.
