The most reliable guys in town. Everybody has trouble picking up their phone but when we call Tim, he will pick up the phone every time! He’s been in the area for decades and knows every single condominium, complex, and neighborhood in town. If you give him the street name, he will literally tell you what part of town it’s in. I’ve never met a realtor who knows his area like Tim does. He also has great connections to different types of workers in the area that are quality and great priced! I wish all realtors are like Tim.

Tim Garton / REMAX GOLD did a fantastic job acting as a seller's agent for us. “We are incredibly pleased with the service we received from Tim Garton, ReMax Realty for our home purchase. The home buying process can be daunting, when you are ‘out of state’ it’s becoming challenging - leaning on Tim during this transition sure made it a lot less stressful to say the least! Tim was fantastic every step of the way.
We had a very specific requirement – a waterfront house in Vallejo, CA. After reading several good reviews, we contacted Tim. He was the first to really listen to us. Find out exactly what kind of house we were looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched our criteria, he makes sure we knew about it immediately. He was always available to answer questions, even video tours of properties as they went on the market!
We landed with the right kind of home. He walked us through the whole bidding and buying process. He was immediately responsive to our questions to help us in deciding. Beyond his expertise and professionalism, he was amicable and kind throughout our home buying process and beyond.
