Courtney and Samara were who I dealt with on my closing. Courtney went above and beyond to answer my many questions in a timely manner and was always so nice when we spoke. Samara handled the closing- she was very knowledgeable with what she was doing. She was able to make a couple of changes last minute and was nice about making sure we were taken care of. All in all it was a great experience. I am glad my agent sent me to them and highly recommend them moving forward

Really not a good place there supposed to be for you but I along with my siblings sold my dad's estate and I ended up with nothing because they took it upon themselves to pay my judgements off without giving me a option to make payment arrangements for the places I didn't know that had judgements on me and their over 10 years old each one of them how could they just take my money like that especially when the IRS never did I don't understand and some of the people I supposely owe has passed away so where is my money going to

Shady business, do not trust an attorney just because they're an attorney. They can be the worst type of people to deal with. I had papers drawn up here by a client. Judge couldn't believe this attorney put her name on it. I'll do better research next time. For now I recommend you find someone else.

And I see you try to cover yourself with responding to negative post. These are people's personal opinions. Don't try diminishing them with questions or reasons. We didn't find your services satisfactory. The truth can hurt so accept my criticism and do not respond as it makes you look guilty. If you want to fix the problem call me and fix what you did by offering my client a full refund.

Merritt Law was excellent when it came to closing on my new house and the whole staff’s professionalism was evident from the beginning. As an added bonus the woman at the front desk was beyond perfect helping me settle in before my appointment.

This attorney is horrible, i used them for closing on my concord house purchase and there were lot of problems with the communication, transparency & professionalism
1. Attorney was out of office on my closing day and I didn’t get to hear about it weekend before the closing. Why the hell would u accept a closing if u know that you won’t be available?
2. Attorney moved my closing to veterans day when govt offices are closed and deed can’t be recorded. Why would u do that, really?
3. When I showed up on my closing day attorney behavior was not very welcoming. I paid you to do this work and if you can’t show professionalism just don’t pick the work. I am the one spending money and getting bad treatment.
4. I didn’t get my keys on the house closing day because attorney closes on 4 and they had seller come in and sign the documents at 3:00-3:30, is it my fault that you scheduled sign ceremony so close to your checkout time?

I really wish I would have picked someone more professional & real with their work and services.
