Mercer Hughes came through again! Larry Mercer worked with us in the sale of our first home (2021) and Jeremy Adams helped us with the second one (2024) . I can't say enough about the knowledge and professionalism they bring to the table. Jeremy kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. Walking us through some minor hurdles and explaining everything. He was kind, patient, very knowledgeable and professional. If you are looking to buy or sale a home, you won't find a better real estate group than Mercer Hughes. Be sure to ask for Jeremy!

I feel like they pick selected ones from the time you enter the rental office and have you waist your time paying your application fee,if you’re wealthy and certain kind then you might get approved but if you know know then keep it moving.Not good company my opinion!

I can't speak highly enough of Shannon Merritt. I could not be happier with our entire home buying experience. I am so grateful for Shannon’s hard work and dedication. Sarah Maxwell and Jake Peterman have helped me to sell a number of homes over the last few years. Dedra Hughes has helped me to complete multiple renovations. I appreciate their good communication. Sarah Maxwell helped us sell our first house in Adel, GA and it was an outstanding experience! We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area. Larry Mercer was recommended to me by a colleague from work who was adamant that I use him as my realtor to sell my house. Honestly, it turned out to be the best thing I did in the process of selling my home. Larry was available at all hours of the day to address any concerns that I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. I live Nevada and was selling my home in Georgia, which made it difficult for me to be as involved in selling my house as I would have liked. Larry's attention to detail was superb and he meticulously addressed all facets of the home selling process. He laid out a very detailed plan for when and how we were going to list the house and for how much. He is truly the type of realtor that makes you feel like you are their only client. In the process of selling my home, we ran into a very stressful and frustrating situation with the tenant who was living in my house. Not only did Larry do his duties as my realtor to make the process seamless, he personally coordinated with my property manager and the tenant to resolve multiple situations that no seller would ever want to experience. Ultimately, words cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Larry and realize that if I had hired any other realtor I would not have had the successful home selling experience that I did.
