We have been customers of State Farm for 35 years. We love how they always answer the phone and help us out. It is so refreshing to be able to speak directly to the office verses other insurance providers that you can only email or text. Not a good way to always do business. Melissa is the Best!!!!!! Actually met her at Headlands Fall Festival! She gave me excellent customer service which is KEY for someone who has been in Customer Service jobs for the better part of 40 years. And as a Thank You for becoming Melissa’s customer she sent a Handwritten Thank You card! I mean who even does that anymore! Well she does!

I love having State farm especially the way they treat me every time I go into pay them or register a new vehicle under my insurance every time I go in they treat me like family they're so sweet and they help me with the best deal that they can what's best for my family and they don't give me the runaround and they always treat my kids so sweet if you have any car insurance life insurance or want to save money go to State farm especially in Headland I love those girls to death they'll treat you right

I can’t efficiently explain the sheer amount of help I have received from Melissa and her team over the last several years.
