I lived 4 hours away from Hayden. I found Melanie on google as I was trying to find someone local to the area to work with, who had experience with USDA mortgages. She was very knowledgeable. She was so helpful and ended up viewing houses with my sister in law, on my behalf. She was highly responsive and had organized the inspection within the day of my offer being accepted.

I was buying and selling at the same time. I prayed for the right purchasers for my home and prayed for the right new home for my family . I knew it was Melanie that would make this happen for me. We had things come up in the processing of closing my house that directly affected my seller, his new seller, his sellers new seller and so on. Five purchases would be held up but Melanie never flinched. She stayed with me through the entire event whether in person, by phone, my email or by text. She headed up the task to a solution with others agents and lenders and we made it work. I couldn’t have made it to the other side without her. She and I also learned some things along the way.
