Our experience with Mejia Homes was so easy!! What got us is the perks like not having to closing costs, escrow fees, realtor commission and best of all you don’t have to clean the home when you leave. All the unwanted furniture and junk for the dumps was ok to leave. Plus they worked us in getting funds to us faster for our moving expenses. Jesus is the man!! Always respectful and courteous and always willing to assist and explain anything we had questions on. If I was to sell a property again, I would go w Mejia Homes. This move was too easy!!! They were great and easy to work with. They bought the properties that my grandma owned that I lived in They made it very easy and stress free for me to get everything taken care of a d get moved into my new house. I truly do appreciate everything they did to help in what was a whole new experience for me. If I ever had to buy or sell a house in the future I would definitely talk with them first. I reached out to Jesus Mejias and asked if he would be interested in looking at a house we were getting ready to sell. He came out, was interested and made an offer. Within two days we had agreed on a fair price and signed a contract that very evening. The escrow process began with a very helpful escrow agent, and Jesus kept us updated on progress every step of the way. The proposed closing date was June 17, about three weeks out, and that was the exact date we closed. It was wonderful not to have to go through a real estate agency, and pay all of those extra fees. The final funds were transferred into our account on June 18, and the process overall was very quick, easy and it was great to work with such wonderful wonderful people. We would use them again.
