I've been a client of Meister & Nunes for nearly 20 years. Craig Meister was a pleasure to work with, and I wish him the best.

This review is for Shelley Nunes who, however, has not kept up the service. This year, during an especially bad year for my business, along with everyone else's, Shelley decided to drop us as clients. The reasoning boiled down to "she didn't want to work hard during tax season".

I would have been happy to work with here, however, she did not express this until it was too late. Literally while filing taxes on the 15th. Shelley had months to express a desire to receive paperwork at any time. Never. Didn't mention it in the years prior. Nothing. We file an extension every year, so there's plenty of time for her to have made a comment about this.

In fact, we receive ZERO contact from her as an accountant throughout the year that isn't a reply. No notices, no reminders, nothing.

There used to be a personal side to this company, but seems Shelley has been faking it since Craig retired and kept me around just as long as she needed me, then kicked me to the curb at a most vulnerable time.

Heard lots of good things about the firm and was excited for the opportunity to work with them for our family business. Started off with a great experience in the lobby and it went from there. A good local team of tax/accounting experts to have on your side!
