I recently moved from a small town that had great customer service at their small branch. In the move there was some issue with my new debit card reaching me (on the banks part not mine- I followed all steps). After calling to confirm that they were open until 5pm (before driving 30 minutes to this branch) I was informed that yes, they are open until 5pm but their systems start shutting down at 4:30. The best they could do was have me drive there another day or mail the card with 10-15 business days being the window. For a card that I’ve requested a new one 2x times over the last month. The woman was very short and snappy with me. Needless to say I will be closing my account.

The vice president Steve kolhoff & one lady teller with dark hair who was working at 2:20 pm on June/18/2024 are both jerks & inconsiderate people. You know when you have a small problem that could easily be correctable or fixed but not only they refuse to fix it, they show absolutely zero care or sympathy or empathy that they just made your life so so much harder. So this is the kind of feelings you will get. It is like dealing with a robot; not a human. The problem was very small spelling mistakes on a legitimate cashier’s check. But Steve refused to accept it after providing all the proofs and explanations possible and he showed absolutely no sympathy, empathy or consideration whatsoever. I even made the guy who wrote me the cashier check call him. We even made the branch manager of the bank where the cashier check came from and he would not let me cash it. He basically was like you are on your own go figure it out! This visit Left a very bad taste in my mouth.
