Beware of hidden fees. I was quoted one fee and then a fee for electronic processing was added, which I was fine with but then 3 additional fees were added so the total I paid was $173.95 over the fee I was quoted. Poor explanation regarding the cost. Get everything clear from the beginning! Also note they debit your return for all their fees instead of taking a check and it was not explained that they would provide you with a check for your return, one of the fees they charged, instead of letting the IRS mail it. None of the fees were explained allowing me to make a choice of what I wanted. Very poor communication!!
