I got scammed by an Insurance Agent in 2024. Someone out of Florida made changes to my name and address and opened a new insurance policy on the Marketplace. By doing so, they cut off my actual policy. Madison was quick to take charge and contact all necessary parties. She checked in with me and the Marketplace and kept pushing for it to be corrected. She had my old policy reinstated and helped me press fraud charges. She is and absolute BAMF! The entire McLeod staff is extremely knowledgeable and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Ive worked with McLeod for many years and they have always made the insurance buying process easy. They help navigate all options and they are there year round if any questions arise. I'm so thankful for Madison's patience and persistence with the Marketplace! She saved us money and worry, I shall always be grateful for her kindness.

Krista Kearns is an excellent agent. I called to set up an appointment and she got my info over the phone and had quotes emailed to me within the hour. I came to the office to go over the quotes in person; she was very kind and professional assisting me. She will also be saving me almost $50 a month (with better coverage) on car insurance and in this economy that is huge.

Very helpful they not only helped me find the right car insurance coverage for my car they helped me find new health insurance that fit my needs.
