Over 5 months ago Nationwide referred me to Safelite to have my windshield replaced. Safelite replaced my windshield but they were unable to recalibrate my eyesight system like they were supposed to do. Safelite referred me to Subaru to have them recalibrate the system. I contacted the McKenny Nationwide office to check in with them first since the recalibration from Subaru would be an additional cost because Safelite was unable to complete the initial job. The local Nationwide office said they would reimburse me for the cost of the recalibration. Upon taking my car to Subaru I was informed that Safelite had damaged the internal components of the eyesight system, and that the entire system would have to be replaced. Since then I have never received the initial check for the cost of the diagnosis from Subaru. My eyesight has not been repaired or paid for. McKenny's office attempted to work with Safelite but were incompetent and unable to produce any results. The McKenny's office even asked me to work with Safelite because they were unable to make any progress. I contacted the national Nationwide office multiple times and was told that an adjuster would be getting in contact with me. I have never been contacted by an adjuster.
This type of treatment to a customer is beyond ridiculous. Where is the accountability? I will be filing complaints with the BBB.

We come here usually to pay our policy monthly with no trouble prior to now. The woman today couldn't find our policy and gave us someone else's information. Had to leave without paying.
