Latavia was pleasant as she can be. She listened to my concerns and was patient with me. She was knowledgeable in her responses. I asked for the survey because great customer service goes a long way. Those are the ones that should get recognition. Her tone, pitch, her smile that you can hear, and professionalism showed. I am so over them locking my card. I have a big weekend and need access to my account. I don’t know why every time I spend a little extra than usual this happens. Really considering closing my account with them. I do not recommend

I'm only giving 4 stars because I usually have good experiences when speaking with the customer service line but lets talk about this call with brandon yesterday. So, 1st off I filled out a form Thursday on the website stating the problem (needed my username so i could reset my password) requested to get a call Friday to get my username. So, I received the call. Here's how it went.
Csr: "How can I help you"
I told the csr my situation.
He asked 2 security questions. Which I answered correctly then he asked for my username. I repeated what happened for the 3rd time.
Csr says: "So you don't know your username?"
Myself: "No, clearly that's why I'm calling."
Csr: "If you don't know your username, you're gonna have to go to a branch & get help b/c I can't help you. I dont have enough information to give you your username."
Me: "I'm not going to a branch for anything when I just answered those security questions correctly."
Csr: "I don't know, YOU MAY HAVE STOLEN SOMEBODY'S WALLET & MAYBE THAT'S HOW YOU KNOW THE ANSWERS TO THOSE SECURITY QUESTIONS"
Me: "bleep bleep bleepady bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep bleep."
Csr: "OH MY GOD! Ok ma'am, what's your mother's maiden name?"
Me: "Oh your God, after this call I need to fill out a survey. Matter of fact let me speak with a manager." I've worked for call centers before if the caller gets 2 out of 3 those security questions right that csr is suppose to help with username or password info.
Csr: "I wish you knew how many cases we've had where ppl steals other ppl info"
Me: "And I don't give a bleep, give me what I called for or let me speak to a manager"
Csr: Gives the info & says "OK ma'am is there anything else I can do for you"
Me: "I need to speak with a manager"
Csr: "I'll check to see if 1 is available but there's probably not 1 available"
He clicks over comes back a few seconds later & says yeah no one is available."
Me: "Oh I know how to get in touch with 1 & I'll be leaving a review"
Csr: "Is there any..."
Me: *Clique* PISSED ME OFF TO THE HIGHEST OF PISSTIVITY!!!
I wish a penalty on him for that call!!! I'm still pissed off today!!! CLEARLY!!!

I love mckesson employee federal credit union. They are lightning fast with getting responses back to you. Their customer service is better than anything I've experienced before. They are willing to work outside their work hours, they are patient and will ensure that your question is answered and even follow up with you to check to see if the issue is taken care of and if you need additional help. Not to mention the security and ease of access with all the partner credit unions and the simplicity of their online banking. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Great customer service is hard to come by these days but the help I have gotten for the past year from James at the McKesson Federal credit union has been outstanding - we have only dealt by email but that was enough for clear directions and instructions.
