My partner and I were planning to move out of the Northwest Arkansas area and were attempting to sell our home via owner at first. Once we met Heather and Jeff at our open house we knew that we needed to bring them in to help us. They were not only extremely competent and made it feel easy to get our house ready to sell and coordinating with our crazy schedules but they were also so kind and an absolute joy to work with. They communicated promptly via phone and text which was much more convenient for us. They were mindful of us going through the moving out process at the same time and gave us the ability to say yes or no to showings according to our schedules. Jeff and Heather also worked to be fair to both my family and the client. Finally, whenever they were in the home, they were amazing with our rambunctious kitten and would send us the cutest photos of him hanging out with them while they were showing the home. We loved working with Jeff and Heather and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dream team to help you buy or sell your home!

If you’re looking for a realtor to sell or buy in NWA, look no further! Our house was under contract within 4 days of this amazing team listing it! We originally wanted to try and sell it ourselves but we met this friendly team and they have been guiding us from day one, even before we officially hired them!
