Went to the drive through to order two sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles meals. They didn't put anything on the mcgriddles it was just the buns and they only gave me one drink and one hash Brown. They then argued about it even tho it was all on the receipt.

every single time ya get our order wrong!! ya need better sets of headphones ya can't hear nor listen at all! burgers don't even get cooked good. i don't recommend no one to go to this mcdonald's!!

Terrible. Yall need to do something about this place. You’d think id love the terrible service because I keep coming back. I sat in my car staring at a screen waiting for someone to take my order as 3 other cars go through. Annoyed already I just drive around and I get greeted professionally( good kid I’m sure) I say hey man I was just sitting there. He apologized and I said it’s alright man I know things get crazy. So I pull up to the next window and they open the window and without skipping a beat they say we need you to pull around(parked) ?‍♂️. Now I probably should have asked for my drinks first. I pull around and wait. They bring the food out and I ask for my drinks. “You didn’t get your drinks?” Already annoyed at the situation I said No. this is the 3rd time I didn’t get the drinks and the 12th time my order was messed up. Whosever over the store overall should read these reviews and make changes. This 100% falls on management YOU need to do better.

Ordered food for 4 took almost 20 minutes and then my burger was RAW all the way through!! When I told the staff they took it back and started a new one but didn't realize I was watching. They then began to make jokes about the burger being RAW!

I ordered on the mobile app for breakfast at 10:06 am and left the house to arrive around 10:30 at the drive thru for my food. They had never made it and said that breakfast was over so they would refund me. They also said that they do not start mobile orders until arrival, this makes no sense bc I was picking it up from the drive through. This is not how the mobile app works, I have never had this issue at both Russellville McDonald’s. I was met with excuses and performative apologies. None of them were serious and it was a horrible atmosphere. I was severely disappointed and do not plan on ordering anything from these lazy “workers” again.

I specifically asked for FRESH FRIES, they said it would take 3-5 mins and I said I didn't mind waiting. As you can see these fries look like they been there all day and the chicken nuggets were not very good at all. I recommend BK next door

I have not been to any McDonald's in a long time. I did return mainly for the return of the bagel. On this visit I thought I would try the crispy chicken sand. Been so long . All I can say is what did they do to it? It was tiny. Bun the size of a hamburger and chicken did not even cover that tiny bun. AND THE CHICKEN DIDN'T LOOK OR HAVE THE TEXTURE OF CHICKEN. NO THANK YOU MCDONALD'S. I will not be back.

I will rarely ever decide to eat at the arches but I do have a soft spot for their breakfast. This McDonald's holds true to most of the other chains in Dardanelle, Owners seem to have a very "if you don't like it, you can go across the river" mentality and "you get what you get because you have limited options anyway". I feel bad because I've never had an issue with the staff but it's clear they are often overwhelmed and understaffed and that's not their fault but food quality, wait time and customers have to pay the price, especially when you're the only 24/7 place in town.
