Looking for a new home, and an amazing new community to live in, look no further.

Tesoro Viejo, in Madera CA, is a new upcoming community, that can fit everyone’s lifestyle and McCaffery Homes, offer several great styles homes and layouts, to fit everyone’s needs.

We purchased our McCaffery home in March of 2022, and took ownership of it in September, right on schedule,

The entire experience with McCaffery Homes, was and continues to be amazing.

The exceptional service and commitment to the customer, starts the minute you walk into the Sales Office. It continues through the build process, and more importantly, even after you take ownership of your new home. Every member of the McCaffery staff, is friendly, knowledgeable, and fully committed to making sure your experience is enjoyable, stress-free, and in the end, you are 100% satisfied with your experience and new home.

McCaffery Homes are quality homes, built to last, and offers several options to select during the design phase, which allows the buyer, to incorporate their own personal touches into the final product.

With any new home, there are always a few quality items that are identified either prior or after you move in and will need to be resolved.

McCaffery Homes provides a six- and eleven-month full inspection of your home, to document any outstanding issues or new concerns.

More importantly, the process is all built around your schedule and availability. What impressive, you can track all your workorders, past and present, for your own records and to refer too later. We love our new McCaffery home, and the Tesoro Viejo Community. It’s a magical place to live, and we enjoy all the amenities the community has to offer, especially the 18 miles of walking trial, designed in the Master Community Plan.

Lot plans don't matter to McCaffrey. I've tried to get them to adhere to the lot plan and install the retaining wall fence between my neighbor and I for about a year now. Calls & emails ignored. But, this is common McCaffrey customer service now. Not what I hear it used to be.
