Very disappointed in Kim. We did not feel like she was motivated to sell our property. After every showing we had to call her for feedback. She never reached out to us. When the contracted ended after six months, we never got a call from her. We had to ask her to take the sign down.

I was very excited to work with Kim, we called about a house. She told us "the sellers are motivated and would do anything to sell. Well after an inspection we found tons of stuff wrong, but one huge thing, the septic was too small for the house. After they told us, they would inspect and fix it, they started to ignore us. We were in a spot where we needed to know information and we got nothing. We even said we would fix everything except the septic/ leech field. Still nothing, eventually we had to back out. The part that really bothered me, was we said we have an infant and a 2 year old, we cannot afford to play games with this house, if they arent willing to do some work tell us ahead of time. Now because of this, we might not have the money to get a house. We lost our inspection money, and alot of time. This is what bothers me about realtors, infants family kids, means nothing to them. Never would i buy anything from this company or agent. Not family orientated.
