I have banked here for years and for one of many particular reasons; outstanding customer service and support!! They treat you like family the minute you walk in where you are greeted by Carla, who immediately makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I must give a special recognition to Misty Colley who has always gone above and beyond what any banker would do in helping me with my banking and is always professional, knowledgeable, courteous and patient! She is hands down THE best!

First time every stopping at these
Max today, and it will be my last. Went to the drive thru simply because there was no cars there. Got there put my transaction in the tube. Tube went up still no one greeting me welcome me or anything. Her camera comes on looked me dead in my eye and said nonething and cut the camera back off. After waiting another 5 minutes or so remind there is no one in the drive thru but me. Came back to the camera ask wait my transaction is for cut the camera back off. Few minutes later the tube comes back no thank come again nonething. If I can give her a zero stars I would

Went to
Deposit money in drive thru on Monday at 4pm. Unfortunately the drive thru was closed as was the lobby. What kind of bank closes both lobby and drive thru at 4pm when most people work until 5pm? A costumer friendly bank from where I moved is open 7am to six pm daily in the drive theu. Pretty sure I will relocate my banking needs since this branch does not have customer friendly hours. Let me guess. Is it because of COVID.
