Would never refer to anyone ! Their people have no commitment at all with appointment scheduled times,I had an appointment for 11 am ,called ,spoke to the lady I would like to get the appointment with ,she herself scheduled with her for today at 11 am,I got here at 10:55 am (5 min earlier),she finished with the previous client ,then called another person,even knowing I was here waiting for her and out appointment,then at 11:40 am,after she called in 2 different costumers before me,I asked if she didn’t recall I called yesterday scheduling with her for 11 am ,she said :I did answer the call ,scheduled an appointment for you today ,but not with me (even though I spoke directly to her previously and said I wanted to see her for my appointment.Then she ironically smiled and said : ‘Next available person will help you !’ After 40 min late of my appointment ,still no one helped me ,and other people are coming inside and being helped
