I cannot say enough about the quality and care Matthew and his team put into each of their clients. I moved from MN to CO almost 2 years ago, and keeping myself insured with them remains a smart choice. I have had a lot happen with my vehicles and with my home since relocating, and Matthew's team has been on top of everything, which at times has necessitated daily communication and assistance. You cannot beat the help and support provided by Leah, Matthew's assistant. As I see the cost and the struggles people have in getting insurance that works for them as well as an agent who treats their clients like family, I realize how fortunate I am. Matthew chooses to remain licensed in CO, even though his base is MN, and I cannot say this enough--if you are looking for fantastic, affordable insurance and an agent who knows you and will take care of you--you cannot go wrong with Team Petsinger!

I was impressed when they offered my daughter to play in their playroom while I talked to Mr. Matthew about my insurance needs distraction free. Nice touch! I’ve worked with theses guys a couple times and always been impressed with the service I receive, and rates are almost always extremely competitive with other companies. Insurance can sometimes be confusing, but they always make sure that I fully understand what’s being presented to me, without the sales pitches. I also love to see that both Matt and Robert are very involved with the local community. If you’re shopping around for insurance for your car or business, it’s definitely worth a trip to see these guys.

Do not work with this agency! They do not care about you or are willing to work with you. The agency has zero customer service skills and refuses to do their job. My family had insurance with this company for 30 years and had to cancel since Mr.Petsinger took over the business, prior to him taking over we had no issues with American Family. Once we canceled our insurance they did not cancel all of the policy’s and sent us to collections because they refused to do their job and cancel everything. They didn’t even ask why we were canceling insurance with them, after 30 years you would think they would want to know but they clearly don’t care.
