Matt is an exceptional realtor. He is not in this profession for the lucrative aspect because his fee is the lowest that I have ever seen. He is just and fair. Matt was amazing to work with!
We were randomly paired and from our first contact I knew he could help my family find a permanent home.
We started our home search on a whim, and closed on a house in 1 month! (Unheard of)! All due to Matt listening to us, and hooking us up with personal form mortgage financial clearance and an attorney.
I have 1 day off work a week, so wanted to squeeze as many showing as possible. Matt took our interests and saved showings in mind, and in 1 day showed us about 20 houses! We picked the perfect home same day, and he made our offer within 24 hours and was accepted immediately!
