First of all my insurance had been messed up from the start. Got pulled over 2 weeks after paying insurance that THEY canceled and refused to refund. Then they told me I was getting a $90 refund and was told a specific day it was supposed to come in. Waited 2 more weeks after it was supposed to come in and called to ask about it just to be told I was never getting a refund and that I was lied to. I spent 4 hours on the phone to get nothing done. Completely wasted my time. I'm definitely not doing business with liars and don't recommend anyone to use this state farm, ever. Would give -10/5 if I could rate lower.
