I get offers to buy properties in the mail each week. I keep them in a folder 'just in case'. However, when I received a phone call from Adrian representing Matt Buys Houses I had already decided that one duplex I owned was not meeting my expectations; but I really didn't want the hassle of signing with a Real Estate Agent and possibly having to disturb the tenants multiple times for inspections by potential buyers. Because Matt offers cash with no R.E. commission fees and no closing costs we were able to reach an agreeable price within the day. After passing inspection the process was quick. Paperwork signed over the internet; and, closing papers could even have been done by a notary sent to our home. I will definitely work with this company again should we decide to sell any other of our rental properties.

Hi 1st off if you're in real estate you know that you can look up whether a house has been sold or not I Have kindly left messages And written back Via regular mail After receiving at least 10 of these letters since April of 2022, Offering to buy a property that was sold in my parents estate in June of 2022. It is now Feb 2023 and I do not appreciate constantly getting these letters in the mail. They are wasting their time they are wasting stamps and they are wasting their handwritten envelopes. hopefully they see this and they probably don't care about my review but I just thought I would share. Because clearly they're just shady. Junk mail comes daily and that's just a fact of life. But this my friends is a pain in the a**.

I’ve been wanting to sell my house and was kinda in dire need due to not enough income and couldn’t afford the size of house anymore and needed to downsize with my kid. I also didn’t have money to put me through school and really needed it. I came across Matt’s website and just wanted to get rid of it.
