If there was a Zero star review I would give that! This man is a crook and is only after your money. I just filed a complaint with the department of insurance for his unethical behavior. I met with him in January as Mass Mutual provided me his info as a servicing agent for my policy. I was a bit confused on my entire policy and went to him for help, all he has given me is a Headache! From the first time meeting I felt a sense of dishonesty as he was bragging about all his residual income from clients and all the money and investments he had. It was as if we were in competition or something. I left his office a bit uneasy but I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt. I had advised him that in March I would be lowering my face value on my life insurance policy because I was simply paying for coverage I didn't need at this time. He tried to keep me on the same amount (for his own commissions). On March 26th I requested a decrease on my policy. He sent me only TWO pages of 10 to sign. Never sent me over the complete application, and advised that he would get that over to Mass Mutual. Almost a month goes by and I follow up with him. He says "sorry for the delay, let me check." I didn't hear back. I sat on the phone with Mass Mutual for over 35 minutes to be informed that he never even submitted my full application! I was furious. I emailed him immediately requesting a copy of my FULL application, he sent me a blank app and was never heard from again! Until now, I still don't have my policy changed and I have switched agents. Stay away from this guy at all costs! He will smile in your face and never do what he says he'll no. This is a person with no character and is extremely unethical. I hope the DOI reprimands him!
