Never calls back. IRS has no record of my son's taxes supposedly Laura the owner said she sent them but as of yet my son has not received his refund. Nunca regresa las llamadas

Tax Preparer and staff are very nice, helpful & all bilingual people, helped me a lot with my taxes and my business bookkeeping. I was having difficulty structuring my business and this place helped me with all my licenses and everything!

Scheduled an appointment for 7pm it's 730 and still waiting. Customer in lobby had her appointment as at 600pm and she was still waiting to be seen!! It's a waste of time..oh and they even took a walk in when there was only 1 tax preparation personnel!!

If I couldn’t I wouldn’t even rate her 1 star pésimo servicio especialmente por que viene de la dueña Laura que te hace los taxes nos dejo esperando casi un mes luego le mandamos mensaje que como iba el papeleo y nada le llamamos varias veces le mandamos correo electrónico mensajes de texto para que hacernos perder el tiempo si le quedaba grande el trabajo solo viera dicho que no podía que esta llena su agenda y no tenía espacio y así se evitaba de que la gente pierda su tiempo en ella
