Mary McMichael-Liston was fantastic to work with. She was with us every step of the way providing guidance and answering all our questions no matter how simple or complex they were. Mary is an exceptional and experienced real estate agent. She has integrity, honesty, intelligence, caring, experience, respect, and a drive that no other agent has, bar none.
We bought our first house with Mary in 2004. Since then, we have only hired Mary for all of our house hunting, buying, selling, and new home building needs. She helped us with selling our homes for top-dollar. She relentlessly showed us houses we woulf be interested in buying within our budget and she was honest with her feedback about the homes and any potential issues. Since we are very particular with everything (I mean everything), we have to say that Mary is very capable of handling any client and any request.
She always has our best interests at heart. She treats you like a family member. Now we are building our dream home with her as our agent. She has been there for every meeting, every step, and is not afraid to go toe to toe with the seller or builder to get you a fair and honest deal. Mary has become not only our real estate agent but a part of our family!
