Thanks Tiffany C. The agents are professional and thorough. I Initially spoke with Patty re being rear-ended, she was wonderful. She transferred me to Tiffany their claims liason and she was equally wonderful. Tiff answered all my questions and followed up with me. Her upbeat personality also gave me a sense of ease in this claim process.
