We used Marty for both a BUY and SELL. When we started the process, my wife and I were not actively home shopping, but Marty went out of his way to make us go to showings. Marty not only shows excitement and interest during the buying process,, but is legitimately invested in showing you the PERFECT house and working creatively to stretch your budget in ways you didn’t think were possible.

After finding us the perfect home, Marty moved EXTREMELY FAST to get our home on the market and diligently showed the home. Marty made excellent suggestions to help get us an AMAZING sale price, and he was also incredibly receptive to any input we had on how to best sell the house. Any time we had strategy input and said jump, Marty went through the roof and then asked if he should go higher.

Throughout the entire process, Marty was incredibly responsive. He was incredibly fun to work with, but also knew when to get serious.
