Rented this place on the 1st of August and was told by the maintenance guy he'd be back to finish everything up. It's been 2 months now. He avoids our calls and won't look our direction. There's 2 inch gaps under each entry door, look through the vents and see the ground outside, the chimney wasn't attached to the water heater and we almost died the first night we slept with the windows closed. No smoke alarms or co2 detectors in the place. All the storm windows are broken. I have a long list. The location is nice, but not $950 a month nice. to live in a 1970s single wide infested with rodents and pay for repairs out of my pockets while being expected to pay them $950 monthly to have that privilege just doesn't compute.
