We used Troy as our realtor when we were looking to buy a home in Columbus suburbs. He did a great job! We really liked him after our first meeting and decided to have him be our realtor. After looking for a while in a couple areas we finally found our home. He was patient and very helpful the whole time. He was knowledgeable about the different cities/areas we were looking at. He pointed out details or points to help us make decisions on houses. The members of his team we met were also helpful & great! Allison was great at communicating all the details of every showing and then the details of closing. And we had the pleasure to meet Susan at a couple showings as well and she was really personable & helpful!

My mother passed away in early April. In order to settle her estate, my sister and I needed to sell her home. My husband and I had worked with Marsh Home Group to purchase our first home. The house was built in 1910, so there were many issues that arose during the process, because of both the age of the home and my limited familiarity with the property as a non-owner, but Troy and his team were already very knowledgeable and researched as necessary. There were times that Troy’s team and I were in very frequent communication, and I very much appreciated how available they all were to my needs.

My first experience working with Troy Marsh was over 10 years ago when I was graduating medical school and looking to buy my first home. I had no money and absolutely zero experience, so the process was very daunting. He went out of his way to explain how things worked, spending lots of extra time with me, and showed me many condos within my low price range. Clearly he wasn't going to get much commission off what I was looking to buy -- but he genuinely wanted to help, and make sure I understood the process. Over the coming years, my husband and I used his services multiple more times, including selling my husband's home during a difficult time in the market. He had listed the home with another agent several months prior, with no success. We ended up cutting ties with that agent and hiring Troy for help, and he gave us excellent advice - and honest feedback as to why the home had not sold yet. We made some adjustments to our strategy and within 3-4 days the home was in contract. He is knowledgeable, honest, and will give you an accurate assessment of what needs to occur in order to successfully buy or sell the home you want, without sugarcoating things - this was quite different than other experiences we had, and very appreciated. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to hire him again in the future!
