I was assigned to Mark by State Farm while doing an online quote. During my time with Mark , his staff was always great to work with, Mark is not available much if you want to work with your agent directly he is not the right person to hire. I had two claims on my property during that time in which State Farm contradicted the policy application and how it works and Mark did not help me navigate that process, in fact his position was that the claims team know what their doing and he does not challenge their decisions on behalf of his customers.
