I had the pleasure of meeting Stacy at an open house, and I was fortunate enough to have her become my realtor. Stacy is kind, patient, funny and incredibly dedicated. The team of Vince and Stacy are outstanding in every respect. When my mother passed in November, we had a house to sell which had not been on the market since 1963. That is exactly what it looked like too. SF’s Finest real estate team when through the house and brought it up to modern standards. In a matter of weeks they brought in groups of contractors to go through the home from top to bottom. It was staged so that it has never looked better. Vince Sheehan and Stacy Lynch were a wonderful realtor team who helped me find a home in Novato. I needed long distance assistance because I was living in the LA area. Vince and Stacy were highly recommended by my trusted realtor in LA. They made my home selection and decision process easy. They showed me many houses based on my list of requirements and I found just what I was looking for. They made the process go smoothly for offer and counter offers, recommending and overseeing inspections, communications with seller's agent, and escrow paperwork while I was back in LA. After the closing they continued to help by recommending and facilitating meetings with a handyman and flooring contractor, picking up the mail, and forwarding my additional questions to the seller.
