Let me share a personal story about Jose Marin that speaks volumes about the kind of person he really is. Do you guys remember the market boom in real estate back in '07 because of those loans that everyone was qualifying for? You know the ones that where flexible and didn't have insurance or taxes included so you could afford an expensive house for a low payment? Well I was a victim to one of those real estate agents. Luckily I knew the Marin family. In fact, Jose's dad, Manuel helped to pour all the concrete around my house, so they will forever be stamped around my home. Anyways, when Jose found out about the loan I was in he immediately was concerned and reached out to me "oh no Josie, we have to get you out of that" he laid out all the scenarios. He quickly got to work and refinanced my loan, put me into a fixed loan with my insurance and taxes included. Guess what? The market crashed, a few years later I divorced and I still have a home for my children because a friend looked out for me a few years before that. So thank you Jose Marin, because of you my family has a place to call home every night. I sincerely, with all of my heart recommend him to all my friends and family. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
