Maria has been my agent for a decade now (it’s about damn time I wrote this review haha!)—and she and her whole team are amazing!! They have always been so quick to respond to any questions, needs, and a couple claims that have happened over the years; in my experience I hear back within the same day, or by the next day. I have auto, renter’s, and business insurance through her and it’s a really good deal. The app is super handy too; so easy to look up/print any documents, or call up a locksmith. Lately, I’ve been working with Brandon on my business policy as I had a number of changes that needed to be made so that I could work with a new client, and he blazed through and took care of every request like a ninja! My client and I were both so impressed, and it helped us be able to move forward in our business in a timely manner. I could go on and on about Maria, Margarita, Brandon, and the whole team, but one last thing I’ll say is: you can tell they genuinely care and have a passion for what they do, and it shows in the kind ways they treat their clients. “Like a Good Neighbor!” is an understatement!
