Maria is very nice to talk to but she has no idea what she is doing. I made some changes to my account with her and she never said anything about owing any extra money. All of sudden my bill for the next two months is doubled what it had been. She says "Due to the changes you made". Then why wouldn't you let me know about the increase? Canceled my policy and they are still sending me bills. Go to someone that knows what they are charging you.
