I have been with them for quite some time. Unfortunately, it is rare that they answer when I call. I am unable to get the help I need at the moment. As customers, we are supposed to get the help we need. I called multiple times and received no answer; on the two occasions they did answer, they just put me on hold. They made no effort to call me back. Will consider in changing my insurance.

Ms.Diana Sierra has been helping me with my policies since 2022 and has established an amazing rapport with me. Not only has she shown what customer service should be like across the board but has gone above and beyond to make sure all my questions or concerns were answered promptly. She takes the time to explain to me in latent terms anything I may not understand as if I were a family member or a friend. I stay with State Farm because of Ms. Sierra I won’t risking not getting this treatment anywhere else where the main concern would be profiting over the clients. 5 stars always.

I’ve been having State Farm life & car insurance for several years now.
