She is very knowledgeable as well which was an advantage for us as buyers to really utilize all the options we could when purchasing a home. She goes above and beyond, at one point after the home inspection she was under our now kitchen sink cabinet getting her hands dirty making sure the job was done correctly post inspection. We searched for a home a long time before we met Margo and nothing ever clicked, and with her help after only a few months we were able to lock something in. It was a beautiful experience and I could not imagine what it might have been like had we not met her. She goes above and beyond and even brought a truck on the day we got the keys to take any items the sellers left to the dump for us.. can you believe that?! She even gave us a moving in gift after all was done. She is so kind and has made sure to check in with us after the process was complete many times through it all. I think about her often and cannot say enough great things, truly. We love our new home🏡🔑

Once we met Margo we realized she truly loves her work. We had purchased once before which seemed confusing having to sign a mountain of papers. I have been extremely pleased to be represented by Margo in my purchase of a home in Los Osos. It was extremely refreshing to work with Margo to handle our purchase and loan. When it came to buying, Margo was extremely responsive to our needs. She helped us as we evaluated place after place, handling all the covid protocols and keeping us and the sellers safe. She talked us through the positives and negatives of choices, what might affect our lives as we moved from AG to Paso, and then negotiated an offer that was accepted for our dream home. Yet, even while we fretted, Margo was standing by ready to help morning and night. Even after the sale had closed, Margo has been there to communicate with the previous owners on our (or their) behalf. For the loan, it was extremely convenient to work with Margo. She knew our budget from the very beginning and helped arrange everything to make sure our offer was as strong as possible. Throughout the process, she made sure every "i" was dotted and "t" crossed. The loan closed on-time and without a hitch. Buying and selling a home is extremely stressful, and while Margo can't get rid of all the stress, she certainly helped reduce it.
