Marco failed to terminate my policy when I asked it to be terminated. He was rude in the responding email and said it was taken care of. I happen to look on my app and noticed the policies were not canceled so he lied. I had to speak to a representative from Allstate to get my policies terminated. I will never refer anyone to Allstate and his office.
