I worked with Zaynab this week to modify multiple business insurance policies, and had such a calm, professional experience with her, I had to share!

I had lost most of a day being referred to different departments, as it seems many types of insurance are ad hoc these days, (or insurance agencies are reluctant to increase limits.)
