My family and I just completed selling our home in Sunnyvale after living there for 21 years. I had met Marc a few months earlier at an open house in our neighborhood and was very impressed with how professional and friendly he was, and the home he was selling was beautifully presented and marketed. When we were ready to sell our home, Marc came over and had a professional, well prepared proposal for renovating and preparing our home for sale. He answered all my questions and was open and honest about what he thought needed to be done for a successful sale. Marc handled all the scheduling of contractors, painters, and landscapers and also did all the purchasing of supplies. He made the process as easy and stress free as possible. Our home looked beautiful and was presented in a very professional manner. Marc kept us informed on every step and was always available for questions. I am very impressed that Marc handles everything himself and also actually hosts the open houses instead of having an assistant at the home. Our home sold in just over a week and we were very happy with the sales price. I highly recommend Marc to anyone thinking of buying or selling a home.

I, family members, and friends have bought and sold multiple houses with Marc since 1995 . He is the consummate professional, totally devoted to each client's success regardless of the challenges.
Marc's advice is always impeccable, and the service he provides throughout the process is way "above and beyond." His calm demeanor is invaluable in helping his clients stay sane when the inevitable "bumps in the road" happen.
In our most recent transaction, we followed Marc's advice re timing, strategy, work to be done (and not to be done) , and pricing. The result, after listing for seven days (with no open houses, of course, due to COVID) was six offers over our asking price, two of which had no contingencies.
I give Marc my highest recommendation, with no reservations whatsoever.

Whether buying or selling, Marc is the real estate agent you want to work with if you want someone who is genuine, exceptionally knowledgeable and professional, responsive real time, and has your best interest at heart even if it means extra time, effort, and work for him. He literally makes things happen real time - as is his responsiveness to emails/texts, before I could even put my phone down, I'd already have a reply for Marc. Marc puts his clients first and is truly in it with you every step of the way - there is nothing transactional about Marc. Marc understood exactly what was important to us and supported us every step of the way. We were sub 30 days from putting in our offer to receiving the keys during COVID-19 which is not an easy task!

Our real estate agent friend was moving out of the area so she couldn't represent us so she recommended Marc to us as the top agent in North Los Altos, and she was correct! Marc worked with us to sell our custom built home that we had lived in in over 20 years in North Los Altos. We moved out and turned over our house to him. His attention to detail in preparing the home for sale from refinishing floors, painting (and knowing what wall color sells), inspections and beautiful staging resulted in us receiving multiple offers and entering into a contract within a week of listing our house. We would highly recommend you hire Marc as your real estate agent!

We got to know Marc through a well established friend and it was the best reccomendation a person can get. Marc led us through the journey of finding our perfect fit home in the most gracious thoughtful and determined way.
We were new in the bay area so we needed to educate ourselves which means constantly going to see different kinds of houses in different locations. It always been accepted with an understanding and openness and served the main purpose of persice the understanding of what exactly do we need.
Throughout the process we figured out that Marc is well known among the realtors community which is a huge advantage. Generally he helped us with everything relates to purchasing a house from connecting us with mortgage banker, constructors to insurance agent and so forth.
Marc never hesitated to give us his strong opinion when he thought our assamptions are wrong . He constantly calmed us down knowing and believing that the right home for us will come. And when it came he acted fast and efficiently until the final moment of handing us the key to our new home.
Marc is a terrific person and a high quality professional.
