If I could give Manor insurance company zero stars I would. Susan was not only rude on the phone, but she , after working with her for over a month and promising us coverage before our buildings lost insurance , stopped returning our calls. I called And asked for Susan six different times in a 2 1/2 week period and left messages Since our insurance had lapsed and we had no coverage . she was always busy, she never called me back and her secretary wouldn’t even let me make an appt to speak with her . I also spoke with Maggie , but she somehow was out indefinitely when we needed her most . All I asked for was a simple update on our insurance possibilities.

They couldn’t even give me that. If I were you, I would not put faith in this company. If you don’t have a lot of property Susan probably doesn’t want to help you because she can’t make as much money off you . This is a sad scenario . But luckily we are in good hands working with a more caring and competent insurance broker .
