Working with Malay was really nice. I did not feel stress nor overwhelmed. She really tries her best for her clients. She always tries to make sure to care for whatever her client needs. Let’s be honest here. When you are a first-generation immigrant and a first-time home buyer, the world of real estates (aka buying a dream home) can get extremely stressful and daunting. You get thrown into so many words/vocabulary/terms you never heard, such as conventional loans vs calHFA, APR vs interest rate, principal vs loan vs interest, condo vs home, etc. Fortunately, I find the best and the most knowledgeable realtor to help me with all my questions, concerns, and inquiries.

Malay is extremely thorough with her explanations, and she helps to providing me an easy-to-understand step by step approach to every situation. She is easy to reach out and always helpful whenever I have questions even after normal business hours like 9.30+pm. She even entertained me with some random scenarios I have, such as shopping for loan agents, mortgage payments, etc. As a realtor, she is also equipped with lot of connections, including other real estate in different locations, several loan agents to shop, etc.

I truly enjoy every interaction with her. Like what other reviewers said, you feel like you are talking about real estates with a friend instead of a salesperson. And now you are my friend! 🙂

Overall, I couldn’t have been happier working with her and would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to buy home, especially if you are the first time home-buyer like myself.
