Matt has been an excellent agent. When an outbreak of tornadoes hit the area in which we live Matt was proactive in reaching out to me 1) to make sure we were ok and 2) to let me know the process for filing a claim and the importance of getting the process going early. Thankfully, we didn’t sustain any damage, but I felt peace of mind knowing my agent was looking at for me before anything had even happened.

Matt is always very good to answer my calls and if he can’t he always follows up in a reasonable time. That is a quality that is hard to find today.

I would recommend Matt and his agency to anyone. Great service and company.
