My experience has been wonderful. Y’all have been extremely helpful and when you helped me find a new car insurance company and I paid the quote, the company ended up sending back half of the original quote. They must have sold this business to a bigger business because you no longer speak to people who are local. I did the paperwork to cancel our insurance on the 13th of February and then we were charged for March because according to them "it just didn't get processed". Lori Weaver was the woman who was handling the cancellation and failed to process. I was told I would receive a phone call back and when I didn't receive it I called them. They then never had anything in their notes about their failure to process and after first saying that they “just didn’t process” they then back peddled and denied any wrong doing. They really played CYA with their notes. They said I would have to contact National General even though it was their mistake. Horrible customer service, and horrible accountability. I would certainly recommend that you not do business with them. Lori Weaver should be ashamed that she caused so much turmoil and failed to do her job.
