Come one, Come all…Enjoy Maddox Estates luxury complex. Where management stores stoves and refrigerators in the pool area outside. No pool available to residents for YEARS. Playground littered with trash, rocks, and dust storm filled debris. Not one unit has decent clean window blinds, rocks scattered everywhere, trash bin areas are overloaded. Laundry Room been closed since Covid. Police presence is a constant. Last but not least, termites and roaches will be your best friend.
