I highly recommend using Madcity Homes. Caleb was very knowledgeable, professional and organized. He did an excellent job representing our property on the MLS and provided the best communication (timeliness and accuracy) I have experienced in a long time.

I have experience buying and selling real estate and wanted to advertise my property on the MLS but felt I did not need to pay an agent to handle the negotiation and sale process. I was a little concerned about using a flat rate agency as I was unsure of the legitimacy/responsiveness/etc. of a non-full service agency. I was more than pleasantly surprised at the level of service, professionalism and value I received. Potential buyers were referred directly to me and I was able to manage my own sale without paying any realtor commission.

Madcity offers different levels of service to meet the specific needs of their clients so If you do not have experience and need some additional support, they are still an excellent option.

The next time I have a property to sell I will definitely contact Madcity Homes to handle the listing.

We started working with Sheri as our Buyers Realtor in 2006.  It was a great experience and we have been loyal Madcity Homes clients since.  In total they have helped us buy 2 houses and sell 2 houses.  Sheri and Stuart have a well-deserved reputation for helping home sellers.  Just as expected both of our selling experiences were wonderful!

Responses to my inquiry were quick, the listing appointment was professional and informative and Stuart gave some great tips on showing my home and provided comps and additional resources that helped in selling the home. the listing looked professional and complete and provided a great printable data sheet to handout during open houses, complete with professional pictures.

The inexpensive for sale and open house signs were a plus and the Supra lock box made coordinating showings easy.

Follow up questions were answered right away and my requests for open house listings were added immediately.
